Since 1943 the Dix family has been providing residents of Central Pennsylvania good quality, reliable automobiles. The heart of this family owned business has always been service. That is why they chose to shine the light on their service department.

Dix Honda is proud to offer you our drive in reception area. With twelve service bays, state of the art equipment and a direct computer link to the American Honda Tech Line, we are ready to meet all of your Honda service needs.

Our Service Manager is Tom Latosky. He has over 30 years of experience in Honda diagnostics and repair and is an ASE Master Technician. Tom has earned numerous awards from American Honda Motors including acknowledgment as a Gold Level Technician.

Our Service Advisors are Shawn Packer, Gami Sanchez, Mike Clitherow and Heidi Krawczak. They stand ready to greet you each time you come in for service and will do their best to make sure your Honda receives the care it deserves.

Our Technicians are certified to perform Pennsylvania State Inspections and have all received substantial training in Honda repair. Steve Tubo, a Honda Technician since 1995, has attained Honda Master Level Technician status (the highest level in the Honda certifications) and has earned recognition as an ASE Master Technician as well. Mike Rockey, a Honda Technician since 1997, has reached Honda Silver Level status.

Jim Haines has attained Honda Silver Level Technician Status and also has a Automotive Technology degree from Vale Technical Institute in 1995. We have recently added the valued experience of Mike Terpak, who has 25+ years of automotive repair experience, and has achieved Bronze Level Technician Status, and Brandon Wrye has joined us after 12 years at an independent shop and is a Silver Level Technician. Bill Anderson has been with us since 2007, and moved to a Technician position after 2 years as an Express Technician. We have recently added Kyle Shiffler, who has recently relocated to State College and was working at a Honda Dealer in Maryland.We hire Technicians that have a desire to do things right, and serve you with the highest quality of work on your Honda. Should you opt for our Express Service, Eric Schwiderske, our Factory Trained Honda Express Service Technician, will ensure to get you in and out quickly, and do the job right! So no matter what your Honda, or your schedule requires, we can accommodate you!

We are staffed to handle any problem with your Honda and willing to strive for your total satisfaction. Our Service and Parts Department is open from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We offer shuttle service to and from State College and Penn State University and provide an early bird / night owl drop box so you can drop off your Honda at any time you wish. If you choose to wait for your vehicle, we offer you FREE Wireless Internet Access as well as 4 available customer work stations with Power Outlets to accomodate your laptop, and get some work done while you wait. We also offer coffee, tea, and a variety of snacks, a children's play area, and a variety of choices for doing work, or just relaxing and reading one of our magazines or that book you've been trying to finish. So stay or go, either way Dix Honda can accommodate your vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
